    • I am looking at these cases and crying My son has recently been sentence to life under the FMR and did nothing was in the house where a DRUG DEALER killed his friend and they were trying to buy cocaine..dannys body had 400 in his hand.. guys amitted how drunk they were and admitted they were dealing but say danny was trying to rob them.. which after getting pissed and shooting someone in the face what else would you say. I have written the GovernorScott and I do not know if my letters are being read by him but write whom ever you know that might listen this year is a political year and they are talking about mandatory sentences are going to be looked at …and he may be released.. I pray for you all and I am fighting the fight till my death… My son has got to see freedom! He did not kill danny a crazed monster did who is now in jail for 2 other violent crimes…so they let the wrong guy go free.. danger to the cummunity

  8. My brother was denied clemency six years ago and never notified until recently or he would have re-petitioned years ago. He’s served 27 years for bank robbery and possession of a weapon. He’s had good conduct. So, why must he rot in a prison full of child molesting perverts.
